                 The Evergreen

This western-themed cabin was built in 2011 and is warm and inviting.  It is handicap accessible and has phenomenal views of the Sitgreaves National Forest.  The Evergreen has a wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor fire pit.  The porch is large and has a table near the kitchen for easy access.  The living room is large and comfy. The Master bedroom (king size bed) is on the first floor with private access to the bathroom.  Washer and dryer are also on the first floor. The kitchen is roomy with an island (2 bar stools) and a kitchen table for 6 - 8 people.  Following the log rail upstairs are two more bedrooms (queen size beds), a bathroom and a loft with plenty of room for an air mattress or sleeping bags.  This cabin is only two hours from the Phoenix heat. It can be rented alone for one family or with 1-2 more cabins on the same property for a large gathering or reunion. There is plenty of nearby hiking, fishing and other activities. It is a great place to get away from the Phoenix heat during the summer or go play in the snow during the winter.  It is a perfect place for family! There is also a full size basketball court in the middle of the property perfect for large family meals, games and gathering.
